Microsoft 365 (M365 – O365)

Microsoft 365 (M365) is Microsoft’s Software As A Service (SAAS) whole-suite business platform where you don’t require on-premises file servers for your business.

It includes most things you need for business, such as an Exchange Email Server, OneDrive and Sharepoint storing documents, and Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Once, the functionality of M365 was for large enterprises only, requiring extensive on-premises deployments and a dedicated development and support team.

We recommend that M365 run from Microsoft Edge but work with Google Chrome and Apple Mac. For Phones or Tablets, you have an APP for Android or iPhone.

There is a home product offering, a business product suite (Up to 200 users), an Enterprise Product Suite and an Academic Product Suite.

M365 includes Online versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook (Email Client), Exchange(Email Server), Onedrive(Cloud Document Library), Teams(Video Conference & Collaboration), and Sharepoint.

Other versions of M365 include CyberTheat Protection, Advanced Security, Full Featured Desktop Products, Azure Information Protection and Intune (MDM)

You can extend your M365 licence to include Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) or Business Central Accounting. M365 has a customisable database called Microsoft DataVerse that you can build solutions using Mobile PowerAPPs. You can build PowerBI Reporting Dashboards and automate your workflows and business processes with Power Automate.
